Here’s how it works

Step 1
Visit www.smartmove.co.nz and register the details of your move. This information is captured in an “inventory style” format which is the best (and only) way to ensure you get accurate quotes.
- Step 2
Smartmove will then send the details of your move to reputable moving companies in your area“ who have indicated they want to help with moves of your size, to and from your locations.
- Step 3
The moving companies advise us they would like to quote on your move and we then send you a confirmation email advising you which companies will be quoting on your move, and giving you their contact details.
- Step 4
Within 1 day (on average) you will receive your quotes from the moving companies.
- Step 5
You are then free to select the quote (and company) that you like the look of and the moving company will arrange the move as per your instructions.
